BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7235 East Brainerd Road, being on the northeast line of East Brainerd Road southeast of Bunker Hill Drive. Part of an unplatted tract, said part of tract beginning on the northeast line of East Brainerd Road 375 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of East Brainerd Road with the southeast line of Bunker Hill Drive, thence northeast 199.52 feet, thence southeast 104.45 feet, thence southwest some 204 feet to the northeast line of East Brainerd Road, thence northwest 134.22 feet with East Brainerd Road to the point of beginning, said part of tract being part of the property described in deed book 3766, page 835, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 158E-C-9 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to C-6 Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed use of said tract is limited to florist and art gallery use only or any use permitted in the R-1 Residential Zone. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
